BIOXY RESEARCH

BIOXY RESEARCH is a technology commercialization and delivery firm focusing on next-generation, proven NATURAL LESS-TOXIC cleaning solutions, clean environments, and services for commercial and residential applications.  Our products range from an all natural stabilized  Hypochlorous Acid cleaner that is safe for humans, animals, and the environment to a triple combination of advanced organic polymers, microbes, and enzymes that treat soil and water contaminated with salt, heavy metals, H2S, and chlorinated hydrocarbons to onsite water treatment systems.  Our products are all biodegradable for industrial and residential hygiene offering is unique in the industry.  Bioxy has built a team of professionals with expertise in manufacturing, oil and gas, environmental sciences, hydrogeology, and extreme facility Hygiene, all of which have proven critical to the successful development of the company’s solutions serving our markets.  The principal of the company is Bill Maher.

Bioxy believes in giving something back to the communities and industries it serves.  We are especially grateful to the men and women that selflessly serve our country in the military. Bioxy management established the Battlefield Foundation, which provides scholarships to deserving veterans. So far, endowments have been established at Montana Tech and Colorado School of Mines, and the programs have helped 9 veterans with tuition and school expenses.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEA M

Bill Maher
Bill Maher has over 30 years’ experience in building successful companies. Venturing into the communications field, he held top management positions for GTE, JVA Systems, and Tropic Engineering. On May 1, 1989, Bill founded Stationary Power Services, Inc. (SPS), growing the business to $44 million in annual revenues by 1999. In 2002, Bill created SPS’s telecommunications division, and in July 2004 sold that division to ADC Communications to concentrate on SPS’s core business, the design, installation, and maintenance of reserve, critical power systems. In 2005, Bill founded Reserve Power Systems, Inc. (RPS) and developed and manufactured high-tech battery storage systems and power components with the headquarters in Tampa and manufacturing located in Shenzhen, China. In 2017, founded Curativa Bay and Bioxy Research to further the use of Hypochlorous Acid for disinfection.
Dr. David Lipson
Dr. David Lipson is an internationally-recognized expert in soil and groundwater remediation. Dr. Lipson brings more than 25 years of practical multi-national remediation experience to the Bioxy Team, and is available for consulting on complicated projects that may need a higher level of expertise. He specializes in groundwater and surface-water hydrology, environmental remediation, and geochemistry. He is a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISSCAS) in Nanjing, China, where he recently taught a short course in environmental engineering to graduate students. Dr. Lipson received a BS in Geology from SUNY, an MS in Hydrogeology from SUNY, an MS in Environmental Sciences from Syracuse and a PhD in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. Dr. Lipson resides in the Denver area, Colorado, USA.
Dr. Xin Song
Dr. Xin Song is a Professor in the Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISSAS). She holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. She joined ISSAS as an awardee of the "One Hundred Talents" program in 2013. Prior to joining CAS, she worked for ARCADIS U.S. (a world-wide leading consulting firm in the field of soil and groundwater remediation) as a hydrogeologist and environmental engineer for 8 years. She specializes in fundamentals of soil and groundwater remediation technologies, with emphasis on in-situ bioremediation, in-situ chemical oxidation/reduction, and permeable reactive barriers; innovative remedial materials and reagents development, groundwater flow and solute transport numerical analysis, and environmental impact statement preparation to evaluate impact to water resources for the mining industry. She currently still consults for companies on soil and groundwater remediation. She is a registered engineer in California and Maryland and a member of several professional organizations, including the National Groundwater Association (USA) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (USA).
Alfred D. Granite, DDS, PhD
Alfred D. Granite, DDS, PhD graduated from Georgetown University in 1975 with a PhD in Microbiology and is our Chief Technical Officer of Disinfection. Over the years Dr. Granite has held positions within the software technology industry for medical and legal use, was the Director of Medical Technology for a non-profit, and the Chief Technical Officer for various companies. Dr. Granite's main focus is the development of advanced pharmaceuticals for personal care products, and non-toxic disinfection for bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other pathological substances. He also has familiarity with a wide variety of distribution devices and non-toxic substances that can be applied directly to food preparation surfaces, dining areas, bathrooms, and entranceways.
Christina Shrive
Christina Shrive graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and General Business. During her attendance at USF, she discovered her intuitive business skills and in her first year was awarded membership to the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society. Christina has spearheaded the marketing departments of several successful businesses over the years that include service and product driven industries, as well as, B2B and B2C sales funnels. She is able to quickly analyze the business needs and assemble a unique marketing strategy that delivers sales growth. Christina’s affinity for the natural world led her to join the Bioxy Research team in 2020 as the Director of Marketing for the Hypochlorous division.
